This is your kid-friendly space to move gently, reconnect with your body, and be surrounded by moms who get it. No expectations, no pressure—just simple, feel-good movement and community.
We’ll be led by Quianna who specializes in pregnancy and postpartum movement, guiding us through gentle Pilates and restorative exercises that support your body in this season. Then we’ll hang out, sip coffee, and let the babies be babies.
Strength doesn’t have to be intense. It can look like this.
